Description

As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment management services . You'll play a key role in helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals while growing your own client base within a supportive, growth-minded environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement personalized financial plans tailored to client needs (investment, retirement, insurance, estate planning, etc.)

  • Provide ongoing financial advice and adapt strategies based on life changes and market conditions
  • Build and manage a book of business, focusing on client acquisition and retention
  • Conduct financial analyses, risk assessments, and market research to inform investment strategies
  • Maintain compliance with all FINRA/SEC regulations and firm standards
  • Educate clients on financial products, planning tools, and market trends
  • Leverage financial planning software and CRM tools for client management and planning
  • Actively participate in business development activities, including networking and referrals
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Financial Advisor
  • Active Series 65 or 66 license
  • Active Health and Life Insurance licenses
  • Established book of business with ongoing client relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of financial planning principles, investment vehicles, and insurance products
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Proficiency with financial planning software and CRM systems
