Responsibilities

  • Technical Mail & Print Operations: Oversee the distribution of sensitive mail, sort payroll/check records, and operate high-volume print and mail equipment with precision.

  • Information Distribution: Act as the site’s "Information Ambassador," directing high-level calls, managing messages, and addressing inquiries from employees and visitors.

  • Data & Inventory Governance: Maintain and update digital filing systems and databases. Track office inventory to ensure the team has the resources needed for daily success.

  • Administrative Support: Compile, copy, and proofread business transactions and reports, ensuring 100% accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Customer Excellence: Resolve complaints and explain site policies/information to employees and vendors with a professional, service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, office services, or high-touch customer service environment.

  • Technical Proficiency: Must be "Computer Literate" (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and comfortable learning to operate professional print, scan, and mail-metering equipment.

  • Organization & Confidentiality: Proven ability to manage time independently and handle sensitive information (like payroll records) with total discretion.

  • Communication: strong verbal and written skills with the ability to multitask in a busy corporate setting.

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
