St. Patrick's Manor Nursing & Rosarie Center located in Framingham, MA has an exciting opportunity available for a Full-time and PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their new in-house therapy team!

Treatment programs are designed to meet the physical and emotional goals necessary for residents to reach their optimum levels of functioning. Position Summary:
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating residents, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions that promote independence in activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and overall function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to address functional limitations.
- Provide direct treatment to residents to improve motor skills, coordination, cognitive function, and ability to perform ADLs.
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals, adaptive techniques, and use of assistive devices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes.
- Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and resident progress in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
- Participate in discharge planning, care conferences, and team meetings as needed.
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and provide clinical guidance as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (OTD, MOT, or BSOT).
- Current State Occupational Therapist license (or eligible).
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
- Passion for working with elderly and post-acute populations.
