An established small animal practice in Pittsfield Massachusetts is seeking a Chief of Staff Veterinarian to lead a dedicated and collaborative medical team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.

• Mentor and support veterinarians and staff through collaboration feedback and professional development.

• Oversee medical standards protocols and workflows to maintain consistent quality across all cases.

• Foster a positive team-oriented environment that encourages growth communication and accountability.

• Partner with management to support hospital operations efficiency and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) degree.

• Eligible for veterinary licensure in Massachusetts.

• Proven clinical experience with leadership or mentoring background preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
