What We’re Looking For:

• Effective Communicators: Interact with homeowners, team members, and subcontractors. Clear communication via text, phone, or email is key.

• Organized Team Players: Keep records of equipment, identify efficiency opportunities, and maintain equipment.
• Passionate Learners and Teachers: Share your knowledge with new crew members and learn from others.
• Garden Enthusiasts: Engage in various garden tasks from pruning to planting, deadheading, perennial management, container plantings and seasonal decor.
• Safe Drivers: A clean driving record of at least 3 years is essential.
