Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of successful leadership experience required.
• Experience in successful conflict resolution required.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the daily operations of an acute care Medical Center, including experience handling emergency/trauma and critical care situations.
• Working knowledge of staffing systems preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing,
• Documented evidence of continuing education and continued professional growth and progress in health care and nursing.
• Must be an RN.
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need.
• Perm address must be included in profile.
• ANY/ALL RTO must be included in profile.
• Work History.
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year.
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment).
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile.
• ACLS (AHA)
