The Department of Math and Physics invites applications for adjunct faculty to teach Basic Statistics this upcoming Spring semester 2026. The meeting times and additional information are as follows:
- Course is an in-person course scheduled for Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 2:00-3:15 pm.
- Duties include delivering lectures in a classroom setting, administering exams, and grading students’ assignments.
Qualifications:
- Hold at least a MS in Mathematics or a related field
- College-level teaching and experience utilizing learning management systems (i.e.- Canvas) and technology in the classroom is highly desirable.

- Resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Contact information for three professional references (name, title, address, phone number, email address). Applicants will be notified before references are contacted.
This position is subject to the successful completion of a criminal background check.
Compensation
Minimum: $5,000 per 4-credit course
Minimum: $3,750 per lab section
The actual pay offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as, but not limited to, candidate qualifications and prior experience, scope of responsibilities, internal equity, and market considerations.
