Full-Stack Software Engineer

What We Need
We are seeking a full-stack software engineer with a strong focus on web frontend development to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in building next-generation web-based network management applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with development teams to design, implement, and deliver new features and enhancements for our web-based network management platform.
- Take a leading role in frontend development while contributing to full-stack solutions as needed.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal engineering teams and, occasionally, to external stakeholders.
Who You Are
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently to research, analyze, and solve complex problems.
- Master’s degree in computer science or a related field with 1-3 years working experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Solid foundation in computer science principles, including data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and object-oriented programming.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript/Typescript language with latest specs, familiar with at least one web framework (React/AngularJS/Angular).
- Hands-on experience in writing cross-browser compliant HTML5 & CSS3. Experience of HTML graphic programming (canvas, WebGL) with supporting libraries (ex. Go.js, D3, Paper.js) is a plus.
- Proficient in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g. C#, C++, Java).
- Experience with debugging, optimizing performance, and ensuring responsiveness across web applications.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company.
For this role, the estimated salary range is between $90,000 - $110,000 + Bonus and Stock Options. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
The range listed above is a guideline, and may be modified.
