The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Understand the complex healthcare ecosystem to optimize user journeys and experience. + Identify evidence-based practices to influence core health program deliverables and service level expectations. Support the development of clinical white papers to align stakeholders, guiding policy decisions and procedures to improve health and safety work processes. + Track emerging technologies and trends in healthcare to provide forward-looking insights and inform innovative care strategies. + Engage in supporting regional workplace health and safety efforts such as illness and injury response activities and event safety support. + Serve as an internal voice for Google's health-focused work and represent projects from a variety of perspectives.
