Senior Manager of Media Strategy and Operations

The Senior Manager, Media Strategy & Operations plays a pivotal role in advancing Hasbro’s global media excellence across all brands — including Toys & Games, Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, and Digital Gaming. This position supports the strategic and operational foundations that ensure Hasbro’s media programs are connected, efficient, and delivering measurable impact worldwide. As a key member of the Global Media team, this individual partners across regions, brand teams, and agency partners to drive consistency in media planning, budgeting, and performance measurement. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with operational precision and strong cross-functional collaboration — helping translate strategy into scalable systems, processes, and insights. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA. A Day In The Life: Strategic Support & Collaboration • Support the Director of Media Strategy & Operations and the VP of Media & Lifecycle in developing cross-brand and cross-market media strategies that elevate Hasbro’s global media effectiveness. • Help align teams around shared media frameworks, strategic priorities, and performance goals. • Contribute to the development of unified media narratives that communicate Hasbro’s media vision, investment principles, and impact. • Assist in preparing executive presentations, strategic plans, and performance summaries. Operational Excellence • Manage day-to-day media operations including budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting for select brands or regions. • Ensure media budgets are accurate, transparent, and aligned with global planning and finance cycles. • Collaborate with global and regional media teams to streamline workflows, improve reporting cadence, and enhance process efficiency. • Coordinate across agency and external partners to maintain high-quality delivery, reporting, and collaboration. • Support the implementation of tools and systems that improve planning, budgeting, and performance management across the global media organization. • Partner with finance and procurement teams on vendor management, contract documentation, and scope alignment. Analysis & Continuous Improvement • Gather and synthesize data from multiple teams to identify trends, efficiencies, and improvement opportunities in Hasbro’s global media operations. • Support the measurement and optimization of global media performance across digital, social, and traditional channels. • Proactively identify process or tool enhancements that can improve accuracy, speed, or collaboration across markets. What you'll bring: • 6–8 years of experience in media strategy, planning, or operations — ideally within a global organization or agency environment. • Strong understanding of media fundamentals, including digital, social, and traditional channels. • Proven ability to manage budgets and track performance across multiple brands or regions. • Experience supporting cross-functional projects or transformation initiatives in a large, matrixed environment. • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail. • Clear and confident communicator with the ability to synthesize information into compelling presentations or reports. • Proactive, collaborative, and passionate about building operational excellence within a creative, fast-paced environment. The base salary range for this position is $121,800.00 to $182,600.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
