Job Overview

Our client, a national, high-growth solar energy provider based in TX that focuses on commercial and residential solar and battery energy storage projects, is looking to bring on a number of experienced Solar Installers to support their increased volume of projects across Massachusetts. This role is a full-time position with our client.

Job Responsibilities

• Travelling to project sites throughout Massachusetts
• Installing residential rooftop solar systems, including all racking, railing, and DC work
• Installing and connecting solar modules and inverters
• Installing residential battery energy storage systems
• Ensuring safety standards are met and adhered to

Successful Candidates Must Have:

• At least 3 years of experience with residential solar installations
• Experience installing Enphase and SolarEdge systems
• A valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel
• The ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials
• Communication, collaboration, and detail-orientation skills

Compensation

The Solar Installer (Residential) role has an hourly wage of $25.00 to $32.00 per hour , plus overtime.
