Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Remote
You'll have the unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting those on the frontlines of healthcare. We'll take care of credentialing, referrals, appointment scheduling, and billing—allowing you to focus entirely on what matters most: your clients. Your Role: Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions via telemedicine for healthcare workers.
Develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of medical professionals.
Maintain clear and accurate records to support client progress and continuity of care.

What You'll Need (Minimum Requirements): A valid license in Massachusetts as an LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD.
At least two years of clinical experience providing individual therapy.
Experience working with healthcare professionals or first responders.
A willingness to learn and adapt within a supportive, team-oriented culture.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Familiarity with telemedicine tools and online video platforms.
Experience using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).
Experience incorporating clinical assessment tools (e.g., PHQ-9) to monitor client progress and outcomes.
