Speech Language Pathologist 85 to 90 per hour CF candidates welcomed
Boston Speech Therapy is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Speech Language Pathologist. This position allows you to work 4 or 5 days a week, providing flexibility while offering competitive compensation between $85 to $90 per hour.
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with communication challenges. You will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver effective therapy services in a supportive environment. Boston Speech Therapy is committed to providing our staff with the resources and support needed to thrive in their roles.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess communication needs.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for clients.
- Provide direct therapy services to individuals across various age groups.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support client progress.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and stay informed about industry trends.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience in delivering speech and language therapy, preferably in clinical or educational settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in using technology and software related to speech therapy
