Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and support plans for K-12 students.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify students' needs.
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop individualized behavior strategies.
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure student success.
• Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavior management techniques.
• Promote a positive and inclusive school environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
• Experience working within K-12 school systems.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and intervention strategies.
