This isn't your average "box-moving" gig; you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations, tackling everything from local deliveries and inventory puzzles to the high-stakes world of international shipping. You’ll need a sharp eye for data analysis to keep our numbers tight, a knack for precision in picking and packing, and the flexibility to hit the road to support our various sites across Massachusetts. Responsibilities

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Warehouse Operations Associate to manage end-to-end logistics and daily facility functions across our Massachusetts sites. This role requires a hands-on professional capable of executing traditional tasks—such as picking, boxing, and shipping/receiving—while also overseeing complex international logistics and maintaining high-level inventory accuracy through rigorous data analysis . The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver who can seamlessly transition from manual labor to administrative oversight and possesses the flexibility to travel between multiple regional locations as operational needs evolve. Forklift experience is preferred. This is a permanent, full-time position.
