About the Team

At Nutanix, you will be joining the Professional Services team, a diverse and talented group of professionals located across the AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions. You will report to the Sr. Professional Services Delivery Leader, who will guide you in your role and help you grow within the organization. Our work setup primarily allows for a remote working environment. While you will collaborate with your team virtually, we encourage flexibility that accommodates both work and personal life. However, you may be required to come into the office for specific meetings or projects based on your location. Additionally, plan for travel requirements of up to 30% to meet with clients and support project implementations, giving you the opportunity to engage directly with our customers and broaden your professional experience.

Your Role

  • Design and deploy Nutanix hybrid cloud solutions, dedicating up to 70% of time to billable projects.

  • Lead customer-focused design workshops to articulate the benefits of Nutanix products and solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective network and application segmentation strategies.

  • Ensure deployment of solutions adheres to Professional Services Practice standards and best practices.

  • Provide pre-sales support as a Subject Matter Expert, showcasing deep technical knowledge.

  • Achieve first-year objectives by conducting customer workshops, gathering requirements and designing tailored solutions.

  • Create comprehensive documentation and interactive whiteboard solutions for customers.

  • Deliver training sessions for coworkers and clients, enhancing collective knowledge and capabilities.

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience designing and deploying network & network security technologies (route/switch, firewalls, etc.), preferably in a virtualized/cloud environment

  • Expertise in hybrid cloud networks, network security, and WAN connectivity

  • Expertise in hypervisor networking, including virtual switching and overlay networking

  • Experience with microsegmentation is highly preferred, especially VMware NSX and/or Nutanix Flow

  • Experience with Azure and AWS networking and security concepts is highly preferred

  • CCNA or equivalent certification and VCP or equivalent experience

  • CCIE/VCDX/TOGAFF certification is highly desirable

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent experience

  • Strong documentation and communication skills

  • Ability to interactively whiteboard solutions with customers

  • Ability to create and present training for coworkers and customers

Work Arrangement

Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 160,000 and USD $ 272,400 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
