Position Overview

We’re hiring experienced Spray Foam Installers / Technicians to join our growing team. This is a hands-on field position responsible for applying spray foam insulation in homes, additions, renovations, and light commercial buildings. If you take pride in your work, have strong construction aptitude, and want a career with long-term growth potential, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

• Install and apply spray foam insulation with accuracy and consistency.

• Operate spray rigs, proportioners, and related foam application equipment.

• Prepare, mask, and protect work areas before installation.

• Maintain correct foam temperatures, pressures, and mix ratios.

• Work safely in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined or elevated spaces.

• Communicate effectively with crew leads, supervisors, and customers.

• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental standards .

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in spray foam application (3+ years) required.

• Strong construction aptitude and understanding.

• Valid U.S. driver’s license (3+ years)and reliable transportation.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in variable conditions.

• Strong attention to detail, safety, and workmanship.

• Positive attitude and reliability — team player mindset.

• $28–$34 per hour , depending on experience.
