This is a rare opportunity to join a beloved New England dining institution that has been a cornerstone of its community for nearly two decades. The front-of-house leadership team is one of the most stable and experienced in the area, with key managers who have been with the organization for over eight years. This is a team that takes its craft seriously without losing sight of the joy behind it.

The culture here is built on transparency, balance, and genuine care for the people who work within it. Weekly management calls keep communication sharp and consistent. Quarterly reviews ensure every leader understands where the business stands and where it is headed.
