Who You Are:

• A successful real estate agent with at least 3 years of experience in leasing, sales, and investments, eager to lead a team.
• An inspiring leader with the ability to coach and develop agents, both new and experienced.
• Always open to learning and growingstaying ahead of the curve in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.
• A great communicator with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in utilizing real estate systems to streamline operations.
