Lead Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Ashland, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Pay: $29/hr
Type: Contract-to-Hire
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations and ensure top-quality service. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role and grow your career.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance team and daily operations
- Complete work orders promptly and efficiently
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
- Maintain compliance with safety standards
- Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory
Qualifications
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
- Previous maintenance leadership experience
- Strong HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
