Forward Deployed Engineer (DevOps/Platform)- Remote

What You’ll Do

You’ll be working with an AI‑native, multi‑cloud core banking platform designed for real‑time performance, zero‑downtime resilience, and rapid product innovation. The system is built from modular components—including a unified ledger, interest and reconciliation engines, and AI‑driven compliance tooling—and is engineered to support massive scale across accounts and transactions. Its active‑active multi‑cloud architecture and AI‑powered control system provide exceptional reliability, unified monitoring, and deep performance visibility.

• Partner directly with customer engineering, architecture, and infrastructure teams.
• Turn business requirements into scalable, production‑ready platform deployments.
• Shape future‑state cloud, distributed systems, and data architectures for regulated environments.
• Lead clients through successful platform adoption with a focus on performance, security, and compliance.
• Work cross‑functionally with internal engineering to improve product capabilities and solution patterns.
• Bring expertise in distributed infrastructure, multi‑region systems, networking, and cloud security.

What You Bring

• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Deep understanding of SRE practices, multi‑region databases, and distributed system design.
• Background in large enterprise or regulated environments (financial services is a plus).
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
• Bonus: experience with Go, Kafka, or distributed databases.
