Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for a full-time telehealth opportunity serving clients in need of consistent mental health support. This role centers on clinical care, including assessment, therapy, treatment planning, and follow-up. You will play an important part in helping clients address emotional and behavioral concerns while delivering care in a virtual setting.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver scheduled therapy sessions through telehealth
- Evaluate clients’ mental health needs and clinical history
- Build and manage treatment plans that reflect client goals
- Keep thorough and accurate documentation for all services provided
- Review progress regularly and update interventions when appropriate
- Address crisis situations according to clinical protocol
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active LICSW license in Massachusetts
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical, outpatient, or telehealth setting
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual care platforms
- Excellent communication and time management skills
