Social Media Manager (Boston Only)

Responsibilities

• Craft authentic, engaging content on TikTok and Instagram that increases awareness of our app across organic social media channels
• Develop and curate a strategic content calendar that keeps our social media presence fresh, relevant, and in tune with the latest trends
• Think outside of the box as you brainstorm innovative content ideas inspired by trends and pop culture phenomena, ensuring our brand stays ahead of the curve
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, impressions, and clicks on our organic social media channels, using insights to refine strategies and optimize results
• Become a face of the company and embrace your role as a brand ambassador, forging meaningful connections with our app's existing user base while actively recruiting new devotees to the fold
• Stay on the cutting edge of social media trends and emerging platforms, keeping us at the forefront of the digital conversation
• Foster a sense of community and trust by engaging authentically with our followers in comments and direct messages, nurturing relationships and fostering loyalty
• Collaborate on the development of our influencer marketing strategy and lead the charge in organic influencer outreach, leveraging partnerships to amplify our messaging

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in social media management, with a particular knack for TikTok and Instagram; bonus points for a vibrant personal presence on social media platforms

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills that allow you to efficiently juggle multiple projects and deadlines
