Licensed Practical Nurse
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and minimum 1+ years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

- Must be able to complete CORI and Fingerprinting process

Key Responsibilities:
- Duties and responsibilities
- Candidate will need to ride with the student on a van before and after school
- Student Information:
- 3-year-old with a tracheostomy and ventilator (when sick)
- Ambulatory and very active
- Workdays: Mondays and Fridays only
Education and Certification
- Must have active licensure in MA
- NO to CNAs and medical assistants
