Building Automation Controls -Project Manager

Controls Project Engineer

Location: Stoughton, MA

Position Overview
This Building Automation Controls Project Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems for HVAC and building automation projects. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects meet client specifications and are delivered on time and within budget. Programming is great but we are also open to someone without programming experience who can project manage multiple control installations. We need someone who could accept a completed submittal and take the project from there, executing the electrical subcontract, materials management, attending jobsite meetings, and basically running the job to completion utilizing our labor for programming and commissioning resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Project management experience with control installations
• BAS Programming is not required but a huge plus! (We use FX/Tridium but open to experience with other BAS systems)
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in controls engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and building automation technologies.
• Project management experience of controls
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
