Randstad Digital has a full time, permanent job opportunity available with their client in Chelmsford, Mass. This is a 100% onsite position offering salary and full time benefits including insurance, PTO/holiday pay, retirement savings, and a profit sharing program.

Candidates must be local and willing to work onsite M-F during core business hours.

responsibilities:
Responsible for the complete range of software engineering tasks including development of software specifications, design, implementation, module and system level testing, debugging, installation, maintenance and support. The Software Development Engineer has been deemed a safety sensitive position. This is a 100% onsite position.

Must haves:

- C# and .NET programming experience (0-4 years)

- Real-time hardware programming, ideally motion and PID control

- Experience integrating APIs for new hardware devices into existing software

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science is required.

Nice to have skills:

- Experience with X-ray imaging systems

- Image processing experience, including OpenCV
