UPPERKUTS BOXING CLUB is seeking a motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving membership growth by engaging prospective members, providing detailed information about our boxing programs, and converting inquiries into active memberships. Your enthusiasm for fitness and boxing, paired with your excellent sales skills, will help us expand our community and promote the benefits of training at UPPERKUTS BOXING CLUB. You will work closely with the membership and marketing teams to develop sales strategies, follow up on leads, and maintain strong relationships with potential and current members. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator, able to build trust quickly and deliver an exceptional member experience from the initial contact through the sales process. Responsibilities

  • Actively identify, engage, and convert prospective members through various channels including in-person inquiries, phone calls, and digital communication.
  • Conduct tours and presentations to showcase the club’s facilities, programs, and membership benefits.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and manage follow-ups to nurture leads effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and special offers aimed at increasing membership sales.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities and member information in the membership management system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, overcoming objections, and tailoring membership solutions to meet individual needs.
  • Work closely with membership services and management to ensure smooth onboarding and retention of new members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the fitness, sports, or wellness industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable using CRM and membership management software as well as standard office applications.
  • Passion for fitness and understanding of boxing is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate across departments.
