Pay Rate: $23.31 / Hour

DayTimeFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor dispatch communications, receive calls for service, and coordinate the assignment of personnel to incidents, routine requests, and/or priority situations throughout the location.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and sharing timely updates with supervisors and/or site contacts.
- Observe activity through cameras, alarms, radios, and/or other reporting systems to help identify unusual conditions and support a prompt security-related response.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, noting security-related concerns, access issues, and/or maintenance conditions that may require follow-up.
Minimum Requirements:
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Loss prevention experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
