Within our Analytical Services team, we have a functional service provider solution, which is a unique partnership that allows our customers to leverage the experience of our staff, while allowing you, the employee, to gain direct experience working onsite at a pharmaceutical/ biopharmaceutical company, all while maintaining full-time benefits.
Work Schedules:
- 1st Shift - Sunday - Wednesday; 6am - 4pm (4-10 hour shifts)
Key responsibilities:
- Makes decisions regarding sample quantity and quality based on predetermined criteria.
- Builds work lists and plate diagrams to aid team in daily operations.
- Enters laboratory results into database under supervision of team member.
- Maintains completed daily specimen storage area per laboratory department.
- Performs daily work assignments accurately and in a timely manner
Education and Experience:
- High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Technical positions may require a certificate
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 4 years) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.
In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Microbiology experience is highly desired
- GMP exp is a strong nice to have
- Basic technical/scientific terminology knowledge
- Good cooperative and collaborative skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to adhere to laboratory policies and standard operating procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client protocols and study data
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Working Environment:
**Frequent drives to site locations. Frequent travel, generally 60-80% but more for some individuals.

May have exposure to potentially hazardous elements, including infectious agents, typically found in healthcare or laboratory environments.
Able to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activities.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $28.00–$32.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
