Basnett Plumbing and Heating in Littleton has openings for Residential HVAC Service Technicians . We are looking for Technicians who are interested in year-round work with a Company that leads in pay and provides an opportunity for growth and advancement. Position Summary: To provide service, maintenance, and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Work hours: 40+ per week, Monday to Friday, overtime as required

We offer full-time employment year-round!!

Pay : Up to $50.00 per hour depending on experience + Spiffs. You can be earning up to $135k yearly!!

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience is preferred but will consider all levels
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School preferred
• NATE Certified is highly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, spec sheets, and instructions
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience repairing and replacing decisions
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
