Sr Embedded Software Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and optimize embedded

software solutions for advanced appliances and brewer platforms. This role requires deep

technical expertise and the capacity to independently deliver complex modules while

mentoring junior engineers.

• Design, develop, and optimize embedded software solutions for advanced appliances and brewer platforms.

• Deliver complex modules independently while mentoring junior engineers.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, architecture and design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Lead code reviews, provide critical feedback, and mentor junior developers to elevate team code quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (EE, ME, QA, Product, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions that meet product requirements.

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years with a Master's degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Expert-level proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems.

• Strong experience with FreeRTOS or similar RTOS environments.

• Deep knowledge of low-level peripheral drivers, including:

? I2C, SPI, UART

? GPIO, ADC, PWM

? LCD/LED control

• Experience with embedded IoT technologies, including:

? BLE, WiFi

? MQTT, TLS

? DHCP, TCP/UDP

? GATT, X.509 certificate handling

• Demonstrated ability to lead technical reviews and mentor junior team members. - Background in consumer electronics, appliances, smart devices, or similar embedded product domains.

• Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
