Gastro Health is expanding GI care in Framingham, MA — and we're seeking an experienced Endo Nurse Manager to help launch and lead our clinical operations.

Start Part-Time (3 Days/Week) | Transition to 5 Days/Week – M-F - Full-Time as Volume Grows

About the Opportunity:

The Endo Nurse Manager will oversee all aspects of nursing and clinical care in our new endoscopy center, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and patient satisfaction. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a confident RN with ASC or GI experience who thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring adherence to AAAHC, CMS, and OSHA standards
• Lead, train, and mentor clinical staff to foster teamwork and excellence in patient care
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and workflow for endoscopy procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and administrative leadership to optimize efficiency and outcomes
• Support quality improvement, infection control, and risk management initiatives
• Maintain compliance documentation and readiness for regulatory inspections

• 3 days per week (daytime hours, no weekends or holidays)
• Expanding to full-time as center productivity increases

Candidate Requirements:

• Active RN license in Massachusetts (BSN preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
• Prior ambulatory surgery or GI endoscopy experience required
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
