What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be a key part of our daily operations, helping customers feel taken care of from the first call to follow-up.

• Answer inbound calls from new and existing customers.
• Schedule and assist with pest control services.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and request reviews.
• Process payments and assist with basic accounts receivable tasks.
• Keep customer records accurate and organized.
• Work closely with our service and office teams to keep everything running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of phone-based customer service experience.
• Experience in home services (pest control, HVAC, lawn care, etc.) is a plus.
• Bilingual English & Spanish strongly preferred.
• Friendly, confident phone presence with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable handling payments and customer questions.
• Organized, reliable, and professional.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
