Quality Supervisor (Temp Position)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Quality Technicians and Inspectors across 1st and 2nd shifts to maintain consistent quality performance
- Oversee daily quality operations, including inspections, testing, and process monitoring for precision thermal products (heat exchangers, cold plates, etc.)
- Ensure full compliance with AS9100 , ITAR, and other aerospace & defense regulatory requirements
- Manage shift-to-shift quality handovers, ensuring clear communication and continuity of quality standards
- Lead root cause investigations and implement robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, scrap, and rework while improving first-pass yield
- Conduct internal audits and support external customer and third-party audits (AS9100, customer-specific, etc.)
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues in real time
- Maintain accurate quality records, traceability documentation, and FAI (First Article Inspection) packages
