Picker & Packer

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Picker & Packer for a 3rd shift position (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Sunday–Thursday). This role involves packing products, labeling boxes, palletizing shipments, and ensuring orders are prepared accurately for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack products according to packing lists.
• Weigh, tape, and label boxes accurately.
• Place completed boxes on pallets for shipment.
• Rotate between packing, labeling, and palletizing tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of warehouse, picking, or packing experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to safety.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.

Work Environment:

• Team-oriented warehouse setting.
• PPE is required, including steel-toed boots, eye protection, and hearing protection.
• Active role involving standing, packing, and material handling throughout the shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Agawam, MA.

The pay range for this position is $20.70 - $20.70/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Agawam,MA.
