Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our growing practice in Greenfield, Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive exams, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Provide restorative, preventive, and surgical dental care
- Treat decay, fractures, and oral diseases
- Perform extractions, root canals, and other procedures as needed
- Administer anesthetics and prescribe medications appropriately
- Interpret radiographs and diagnostic tests
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and aftercare
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an excellent patient experience
Qualifications:
- DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to high standards of care and ethical practice
