✅ HERE'S WHAT WE OFFER:

• $75K to $90K per year (base salary + commission on shop gross)
• Health insurance (we cover 50% of your plan, including dental and vision)
• Simple IRA with 3% company match after 6 months
• 6 paid holidays per year
• PTO that grows with tenure: 1 week after your first year, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 5 years
• 5 additional unpaid sick days if you need them

• Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm with an hour lunch

Autobahn Performance has been serving Peabody and the North Shore since 1994. Rick started out at a Porsche dealership in the '80s, then opened his own shop with his mom and $10,000. Over 30 years later, we're still family-owned, still focused on doing quality work, and still treating people right.

We specialize in European cars like Porsche, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, and Range Rover, but we work on everything. SKILLS AND TRAITS THAT WILL HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE:

• 3+ years of experience in a service advisor or assistant manager role at a professional auto repair shop
• You know how to handle customers from start to finish without dropping the ball
• Strong communication skills and you're comfortable selling service the right way (no pressure tactics)
• Experience with Mitchell 1 or similar shop management software is a big plus
• You're organized, proactive, and can juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool
• Team player who wants to work with people, not compete against them
• You take pride in making customers happy and solving problems before they become issues
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Note: We maintain a smoke-free workplace.
