Pharma Sales Executive - Remote EST Time Zone USA
We are looking for
a passionate and experienced Business Development & Sales Professional eager to drive consulting and digital solutions within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry !

- Developing and executing sales strategies and plans in order to achieve your sales targets
- Conducting C-level meetings, advisory workshops, and solution demonstrations (remote and on-site) with global pharma clients.
- Demonstrating and clearly differentiating the product from value proposition the competition focusing on on our clear and compelling
- Driving new consulting and SaaS solution sales along the pharma value chain.
- Closing opportunities - including final contract negotiations (while receiving support from tech, pre-sales and legal side)
- Forecasting and delivering against substantial revenue targets and achieve the assigned sales volume
- Identifying new business opportunities and follow-up the defined business opportunities
- Working with Marketing and Business Developing teams to assist driving lead generation and awareness
- Supporting channel planning process and forecasting for assigned territory
- Documenting plans, activities and opportunities accurately in the CRM system
Your profile
- Eager to close deals within the chemical and pharmaceutical industry
- 5+ years of sales experience in the SaaS market
- Proven track record of success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting and creating new business
- Proven success in driving revenue through solution-oriented selling and establishing trust with senior stakeholders.
- Always looking forward to the next bigger opportunity
- A talent in attracting new costumers
- Excellent at written and verbal communication and have strong listening and presentation skills
- Confident and maintaining a professional behavior in front of our customers (Director, VP, CIO, level)
- Skilled at working with Fortune 500 companies and internal teams
- Maintaining a collaborative work approach with US and German colleagues
To succeed as a Pharma Consulting Sales Executive , you are sales-driven, fast-moving, and highly customer-focused. You are passionate about creating measurable value for pharmaceutical clients , leading to long-term and profitable partnerships.
You know how to identify the right decision-makers and influencers in pharma organizations (R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Market Access, Commercial) and have the courage to ask critical questions.
Your outstanding communication and negotiation skills enable you to build trust and position our consulting expertise as a key driver for client success.
