- Location: Boston, MA 02215 – Nephrology Unit
- Employment Type: Travel Contract Administrative Assistant
- Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 10/20/2025 – End: 1/17/2026)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Shift: 8-hour days, 40 hours/week
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote after onboarding)
- Parking: Public transportation available; parking garages up to $43/day
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $920–$940
- Contract Guarantee: 72 hours biweekly
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in healthcare jobs or hospital settings
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR systems required
- Experience in a hospital or physician practice preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
- References required
- Provide administrative support to the Nephrology Unit, including scheduling, case management, and clinical support tasks
- Assist with surgery scheduling and coordination for nephrology patients
- Maintain accurate healthcare records and documentation using EPIC EMR
- Facilitate communication between hospital staff, patients, and providers
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations
- Contribute to a positive, efficient, and patient-focused work environment
