Regional Coordinator

Location: Boston, MA (Primarily On-Site, with potential travel within the city)
Salary: $40,000 per year

Job Summary: The Regional Coordinator at Fllat plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our co-living communities. This position is responsible for executing day-to-day operations, enhancing resident satisfaction, and maintaining high standards across our properties. This role offers the opportunity to shape residents' living experiences, contribute to the brand's growth, and work within a passionate, community-focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Engagement:
- Implement operational policies and procedures from the city/regional manager to optimize efficiency and resident satisfaction.
- Oversee multiple properties, requiring mobility without a permanent office.
- Promote and uphold the Harrington Housing brand.
Resident Engagement:
- Ensure rooms and units are clean and in good repair, addressing any issues as needed.
- Monitor and enhance resident satisfaction, promptly addressing concerns to ensure a positive living experience.
- Conduct quality control visits to properties.
Property Management:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and safety standards.
- Build relationships with management teams, landlords, partner schools, and handle crisis management if required.
- Coordinate with reception services for resident allocations and manage refurbishments as needed.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including booking, finance, support, and legal, to implement company strategies effectively.
Compliance and Safety:
- Conduct inspections to ensure hygiene and health and safety standards, carrying out risk assessments as needed.
- Ensure adequate security and smooth operations, focusing on the well-being and safety of tenants.
Leasing & Room Renting:
- Support lead generation, schedule, and conduct showings, and follow up to achieve high occupancy rates.
- Report on completed showings, follow-ups, feedback, and bookings to the manager.
Unit Setup & Installation:
- Collaborate with the setup team and manager to onboard new units, managing furniture inventory and completing online orders for required items.
- Coordinate with utility and internet providers and handle administrative setup for new units.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Proven experience in the rental or real estate industry.
- Strong English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
