This role is ideal for confident, consultative sellers who enjoy meeting clients in their homes and want high earning potential without cold calling.

What Sets This Role Apart

✔ Pre-qualified, scheduled appointments (no prospecting)
✔ Average first-year earnings: $110K+
✔ Top performers earn $185K–$200K+
✔ W-2 employee (not 1099)
✔ Average 2 appointments per day
✔ Only 2 Saturdays per month
✔ Company iPhone, laptop, and design sample kit
✔ Mileage, parking & toll reimbursement

What You’ll Do

• Meet clients in their homes for pre-scheduled consultations
• Listen to their needs and design custom solutions
• Measure, recommend, and close in a single visit
• Manage your leads while being supported by operations & installation teams
• Deliver a five-star customer experience from consult to install

Compensation & Training

• Transition to commission-based earnings with strong income stability
• Paid, in-person training in Denver (Feb 15–27, 2026)
• Monthly bonus opportunities based on customer reviews

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales success (top performer, awards, or results)
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Comfort working independently in the field
• Passion for helping customers make confident buying decisions
• Background in in-home sales, design consulting, real estate, or luxury retail is a plus
