Fulfillment America (FAI) is a performance driven marketing service company with corporate offices and production facilities located in Billerica Massachusetts. Founded in 1992, FAI provides a broad range of fulfillment services to national and international companies. These services include the ecommerce B2C and B2B fulfillment, literature, POP and other collateral materials, print-on-demand; inbound 800 services, kit assembly, pick and pack, warehousing, and logistics.

• is seeking a skilled and experienced Direct to Film (DTF) Printing Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining TF printing equipment, ensuring high-quality prints and contribute to the overall efficiency of the production process. The role requires technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail.
• Position Details:

Full-Time, with potential for overtime in peak season

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· None

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Set up, calibrate and operate DTF printers and associated machinery to produce high-quality transfers.
• Monitor print jobs, cut and organize transfers while the machine is in operation.
• Review and prepare artwork files for printing, ensuring proper formatting and color accuracy.
• Transfer printed designs onto garments using heat process equipment, maintain consistency and quality.
• Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintains inventory of supplies needed to operate printing machines.
• Fulfill daily orders for foil stamping and/or die cutting on Kluge press.
• Meet quality standards for color, consistency and alignment.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Familiar with graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator software for print preparation is a plus.
• Strong eye for color accuracy, alignment and print quality.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving printing techniques .

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational/technical school training preferred.
• Previous related experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, bend and kneel. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 25 pounds. The vision requirements include close vision.
