Pride Motor Group (hiring for Kia, Hyundai & Chevrolet) is a leader in automotive retail in the Greater Lynn area. We are looking to add qualified and experienced Parts Counter People to our team at our Pride Hyundai/Kia dealership. Our Parts Counter Person should be passionate about and dedicated to serving our customers and internal associates within the dealership. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need.
Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner.
Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date.
Informing customers of any current specials.
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
- Assist with Shipping and Receiving of Parts
Two or more year’s of related experience in an automotive parts department preferred.
One or more years of sales experience preferred.
- Valid Driver's license with at least 3 years driving history preferred.
Excellent customer service skills
Solid computer skills needed.
Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
