Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $21–$22/hour (based on experience and certification level)

Milestones Childcare & Preschool LLC is seeking a nurturing, energetic, and EEC Certified INFANT/ Toddler Teacher to join our growing team! We are a licensed childcare program with two locations—Amesbury and Salisbury—and we’re proud to provide a supportive, team-oriented environment that values our educators.

Our toddler classrooms are full of discovery, movement, and learning through play—and we’re looking for a teacher who’s ready to jump in with enthusiasm, warmth, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment for toddlers
• Support children’s growth through structured routines, age-appropriate curriculum, and nurturing guidance
• Track developmental milestones and communicate with families about progress
• Collaborate with co-teachers and support a consistent, positive classroom atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the classroom
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events

Requirements:

• EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification (Required)
• Prior toddler classroom experience preferred
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Reliable, positive, and committed to early education

Schedule:

• Full-time, year-round
• Shift options between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM
