- Sprint & Development Alignment – Actively participate in sprint planning and review meetings to ensure smooth execution and alignment with product objectives.
- Technical Decision-Making – Evaluate and select the best solutions by balancing trade-offs, feasibility, and opportunities for innovation.
- Performance Monitoring & Documentation – Continuously track product performance, maintain clear technical documentation, and ensure operational readiness.
What (we think) you need to be successful - we’re open to not checking all the boxes and be proven wrong by outlier candidates as well!
- Experience as a Software Developer or strong programming experience necessary.
- Experience in related roles in a B2B SaaS environment; experience with Integrations and Partnerships is a huge plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with executive-level stakeholders and manage Enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain business partnerships to enhance product offerings and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field; MBA is highly desired.
- Availability to work onsite 4 days a week at our Somerville office.
