Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support key hospital technology initiatives in Westfield, MA. This role will focus on implementing new applications and managing the phased rollout of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The ideal candidate will work closely with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to ensure smooth technology adoption through effective project delivery, change management, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hospital-wide technology initiatives, including implementation of new software applications

• Manage the phased rollout of the hospital’s EHR system in partnership with internal teams and system vendors

• Support the full implementation of three new applications introduced during 2024-2025 in collaboration with the Director of Hospital Technology

• Coordinate with hospital Project Managers to align technology initiatives with organizational goals

• Drive change management efforts to support staff adoption of new systems and workflows

• Develop and manage internal communication plans to keep stakeholders informed throughout project phases

• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies for newly implemented systems

• Design reporting frameworks and training programs to ensure staff proficiency

• Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather, document, and validate EHR requirements

• Ensure all documented requirements are incorporated into the system design for the 2027 Phase One rollout

• Act as a technical super user for incident management, policy management, and electronic scheduling systems

• Provide ongoing operational and technical support to hospital staff

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4-5 years of professional experience

• Project management experience within a healthcare or hospital environment

• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, including clinical and non-clinical workflows

• Experience working with major EHR platforms

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards

• Strong timeline and project coordination skills

• Proven ability to support organizational change and technology adoption
