Full-Time Residential Counselors

Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc., is seeking experienced, engaged people to work as a Residential Counselor in our adolescent female and latency age group homes. If you are seeking rewarding and challenging work that will provide you with experience to help you achieve a degree in social work or another field of human services, we can provide that for you. You will work directly with youth to implement treatment plans, lead/model activities of daily living and support the treatment philosophy of the program, centered around the trauma-informed care model. We seek people who enjoy providing therapeutic care to youth who are challenged by past childhood experiences.

Must be available to work one of the following weekly schedules:

- 40 hrs - Tuesday - Saturday, 3pm - 11pm

- 40 hrs - Sunday - Thursday, 3pm-11pm

- 32 hrs. - Friday - Monday, 3pm - 11pm

- 20 hrs - Saturday and Sunday, 7am - 5pm
