What is this role like？

We’re looking for a strategic, experienced, and hands-on Senior Product Manager to own the integrations track of our product. This role is pivotal to how Topsort’s platform connects with marketplaces and retailers—from catalog ingestion and auctions to events, APIs, and infrastructure-level decisions. You’ll have significant autonomy and visibility across teams, acting as the connective tissue between engineering, customer success, and sales. You’ll shape how new customers get value from Topsort quickly and how existing ones scale with us reliably. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role in a lean and fast-moving product organization—ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, driving clarity in technical environments, and leading product work that directly supports revenue and growth.

You will:

• Embrace the “sports team” mentality of Topsort—work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams across geographies to align integration priorities, unblock execution, and support scalable revenue growth.


• Become a subject matter expert in retail media integrations : deeply understand the ad tech ecosystem, Topsort’s auction-based platform, and the technical and strategic needs of our customers (retailers, marketplaces, and brands).


• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for 3rd-party and customer-facing integrations—across catalog, auctions, events, and API performance—ensuring they’re reliable, scalable, and easy to adopt.


• Drive creative solutions to complex integration challenges, balancing technical feasibility, customer constraints, and business impact.


• Lead discovery efforts with customers and internal teams to surface pain points and turn insights into clear product direction and partner experiences.


• Collaborate with engineering to define product requirements, prioritize sprints, and manage the delivery lifecycle from scoping to adoption.


• Build materials and internal documentation to support rollout, implementation, and field education—including integration playbooks and best practices.


• Track integration success and efficiency, working closely with customer success and analytics to improve time to value and product stickiness.


• Contribute to shaping Topsort’s broader product processes and culture as an early strategic member of the PM team.

What (we think) you need to be successful - we’re open to not checking all the boxes and be proven wrong by outlier candidates as well!

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.


• Technical background or strong technical acumen is a must, whether through education, experience, or side projects.


• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, ad tech, or eCommerce infrastructure. Experience working on APIs, integrations, or platforms is a strong plus.


• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with engineers, designers, and go-to-market teams.


• Strong strategic and creative thinker: You bring both analytical rigor and lateral problem-solving skills to balance technical trade-offs, user needs, and business goals in innovative ways.


• Exceptional communication and presentation skills: You are comfortable being the face of the product in customer meetings, leading demos, and articulating complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.


• Customer-focused mindset: You understand client needs deeply, respond thoughtfully, and build trust through professionalism and clear communication.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and able to adapt quickly without losing focus on impact.


• Curious by nature: You love to learn how systems work, ask the right questions, and dig into customer use cases to drive the right solutions.


• Team player: You bring energy, low-ego collaboration, and a mindset of shared success.


• Work onsite (office in Boston 4 days a week, ability to travel domestically and internationally for industry events and client visits
