Landscape Maintenance Laborer

As a Landscape Laborer, you will perform essential landscape maintenance tasks while adhering to Rapoza's high-quality standards and safety procedures under the direction of a Crew Leader.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions provided by the Crew Leader or Crew Leader in Training
• Perform various landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, planting, watering, pruning, and mulching
• Dig holes and trenches as needed for work completion
• Communicate observations and concerns to the Crew Leader
• Maintain a high standard of quality in all work performed
• Adhere to safety procedures and standards
• Participate in Rapoza training related to equipment and safety
• Arrive on time and prepared for work, dressed in the appropriate Rapoza uniform

Qualifications

• Valid MA Driver's license
• Willingness to work in inclement weather and on Saturdays
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
• At least 1 year of landscape maintenance experience (Required)
• Ability to lift 80 lbs. occasionally and frequently transport materials up to 50 lbs.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, walking, carrying, and pushing

Compensation

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
