Senior Marketing Program Manager
- This is a hybrid role and requires 3-days/week onsite in Boston.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
- Manage multiple concurrent programs while maintaining oversight of budgets, timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to align goals and ensure campaign success.
- Develop and manage campaign project plans, including setting milestones, tracking progress, and escalating issues as needed.
- Oversee vendor-funded program execution, ensuring compliance with partner requirements and maximizing ROI.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks to keep campaigns on track.
- Provide regular updates, reporting, and post-campaign analysis to leadership and stakeholders.
- Continuously optimize program processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- 12+ years of experience in marketing program management or related roles, with a focus on integrated campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-channel marketing programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in retail marketing and vendor-funded programs.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring program success and delivering actionable insights.
- Ability to problem-solve, think strategically, and execute tactically.
